Leasing Activities for CANPRO Investments at Lakeville Corporate Park

LAKEVILLE, MA – Mr. Ofer Drucker, Senior Vice President of CANPRO Investments Ltd., is pleased to announce that CWC Software, Inc. has leased space at 10 Riverside Drive and Beth Israel Deaconess HealthCare has leased spaces at 30 Riverside Drive in the CANPRO Lakeville Corporate Park in Lakeville, Massachusetts. Additionally, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has renewed their lease for the premier office space it currently occupies at 20 Riverside Drive for another five years.

CWC Software, Inc. will occupy 1,911 square feet of space at 10 Riverside Drive. A key driver for their decision was the convenience of the location with its proximity to both rail and highway connections. They expect to occupy the space as of November 1, 2014. Beth Israel Deaconess HealthCare is leasing 4,788 square feet of medical space at 30 Riverside Drive with occupancy planned for November 2014. John Christoforo, President and CEO said that “Beth Israel Deaconess HealthCare is excited about opening its newest primary care practice within this new development. We are optimistic about creatinga well- established panel of patients for our doctors in the Lakeville region.” The business park will also see the renewal of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection’s lease of the 25,272 square feet of space it currently occupies at 20 Riverside Drive for another five years.
